FAQ

  • 1) What does EIMMIJ do?

We help mission-minded brands turn story into influence through strategy, content, design, and experiences that move people to act.

  • 2) Who do you work with?

Startups and small businesses, nonprofits and ministries, leaders and communicators, and corporate and community partners.

  • 3) Where are you based?

We are based in New Orleans.

  • 4) How do we get started?

Complete the Start Your Project form. We will reply within one business day to book your discovery call.

  • 5) What is your process?

Six clear stages: Discovery Call → Proposal & Agreement → Creative Development → Collaboration & Feedback → Delivery & Launch → Review & Next Steps. (See “Our Process” for details.)

  • 6) What services do you offer?

Storytelling and content creation (writing, photo, video, podcast), branding and design, campaigns and social strategy, and events and experiences (planning, production, multimedia coverage).

  • 7) What will we receive at the end of a project?

A packaged set of approved deliverables (files and formats agreed in your proposal), usage guidance, and implementation notes. Training or a content handoff call can be added.

  • 8) How long do projects take?

Typical timelines: branding 3–5 weeks, content campaigns 4–8 weeks, event strategy and production 6–12 weeks. Exact timing is set in your proposal and depends on scope and approvals.

  • 9) What are your packages and pricing?

Custom quotes available for unique scopes and events.

  • 10) What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit is due at agreement with the balance on milestones and delivery. We accept ACH and credit card. Institutional clients can request net-30 with approved documentation. Rush work may include an expedite fee.

  • 11) How many revisions are included?

Most scopes include two structured rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional rounds or out-of-scope changes can be added as a change order.

  • 12) Who owns the work?

After final payment, you own the approved deliverables for the agreed uses. EIMMIJ may showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and case studies. Working/source files are retained unless specifically scoped.

  • 13) What do you need from us to begin?

Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), any guidelines, past examples that feel on-brand, project goals, audience insights, deadlines, and primary contact with decision rights.

  • 14) Do you offer nonprofit or ministry rates?

Yes. We reserve a limited number of discounted engagements each quarter for qualified nonprofit and ministry partners.

  • 15) Can you support us after launch?

Yes. We offer training, quarterly reviews, and retainers for ongoing content, social management, and optimization.

  • 16) What tools do you use to collaborate?

Email and scheduled calls for decisions, with shared folders for assets. We provide organized timelines, checkpoints, and a simple feedback workflow.

  • 17) What are your hours and response time?

Business hours are Central Standard Time (CST). We respond within one business day. Event week and launch windows include elevated support.

  • 18) What's the commitment for retainer clients?

Our retainers start with a 6-month minimum to allow for meaningful results, but we recommend a 12-month agreement for the strongest impact and consistency. A year gives us the best runway to refine strategy, sustain momentum, and maximize your investment.

  • 18) Can I book EIMMIJ for a one-time project?

Yes, we take on select one-off projects such as video production, event coverage, or campaign support. Because these fall outside of a retainer, they are priced at a higher rate to account for setup and onboarding. Retainers remain the most cost-effective option for clients who want consistent strategy, content, and creative support.

  • 19) Do you work with clients outside the South?

Yes. We go wherever our clients need us, serving partners across the country. Some work is done on-site — like filming or event coverage — and other projects are handled virtually through calls, shared files, and digital tools.

  • 20) Do you only work with faith-based organizations?

No. We collaborate with businesses, leaders, nonprofits, and organizations of all kinds who want their story told with clarity and impact. EIMMIJ is a Christian-owned business, and while we’re proud to support ministries and nonprofits, our work extends far beyond that.
